Shipping Methods

We offer Standard, Premium, Expedited and One Day Shipping.

Standard shipping is available to all 50 United States, US Military Addresses (APO or FPO with AE, AP, AA), and US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands).

We do not offer express shipping services outside of the 50 United States or to Post Office Boxes.

FedEx Hold at Location

FedEx Hold at Location delivery options are also now available at checkout.

Stop worrying about someone stealing your Rainbow Shops order from your building or doorstep. By selecting FedEx Hold at Location during checkout, you can designate a location close to you where your Rainbow Shops Order will be securely held. **Expedited and One Day Orders placed by 12 Noon Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 Noon ET will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Days
Standard delivery operates Monday – Saturday. Expedited and One Day delivery operates Monday – Friday.

Order Confirmation Email
Immediately after you have placed your order with Rainbow, you will receive an email that contains your order details. The order confirmation email is your receipt and can be printed for your records. It contains your order number, the items you ordered and prices paid, your ship-to and bill-to addresses, and the method of shipping.
